Who can I look for if the luggage I received was damaged?
We assure you that each Luggex suitcase undergoes rigorous quality inspection before being shipped out.
LuggeX offers a 3-year warranty for luggage repairs.

How do I set the code when I first receive my luggage?
1. Turn the dials to the correct combination (0-0-0)
2. Press down on the button with a tool, set the new combination (e.g.: 8-8-8), then pull the square part
3. Lock the case again, and now you can open the lock with the new combination

How do I use the charging port?
1. Unzip the luggage and locate the cable inside
2. Charge it with a power bank (Note: The USB-A input only works for USB-A output)
3. Open the external charge port, connect it with a cable, and then connect it to your phone

Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase?
The lack of zipper pulls on the interior of the luggage is a deliberate design choice to prevent potential scratching or damage to your items.

Why wasn't a key included with the luggage I received?
LUGGEX suitcases feature a convenient TSA lock that allows you to secure your suitcase with a PIN code.
Please be aware that we do not provide a key for this lock, as keys for customs locks are strictly for official use by customs officials.
